  • In the case of an investment in Real Estate, we search for and find the property throughout Spain, including the islands, that best suits your needs and legal requirements.
  • We contact the seller, negotiate a good price, draw up the deeds of sale, arrange an appointment with the notary and request the certification of ownership and encumbrances from the Land Registry that corresponds to the property or properties.
  • In the case of an investment in a business project, we analyse the documentation sent to us and request a favourable report, which must be obtained prior to applying for a visa or residence permit from the Economic and Commercial Office of the geographical area where the investor submits the visa application or from the Directorate General for International Trade and Investment.
  • We present all the documentation, await the resolution or administrative silence and confirm that you have obtained the Golden Visa and, therefore, the residence permit in Spain.
